I’m not too sure if it’s helping with my water intake but it def gets the job done as creatine is concern. Since I’m in my cutting phase this should help more than just the regular creatine. Haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort either

I'm a first time user for this product and liked the write up and wanted to give it a try. So far so good - great flavour and I mix it with a couple of other fruity things as well as my fiber supplement. As always with Naked I feel there's good value for money.
