Add our rice protein powder to protein shakes, smoothies, or baking. Best used in the morning, before a workout, or after a workout.

It’s nice that it’s a more gentle alternative than the milk based ones. Kind of has an aftertaste though so you definitely have to mask the flavor with fruit or something else

My dietician referred this protein powder to me, and as someone with GERD, IBS, EoE (gluten, milk, soy, egg, and nuts all trigger me), many allergies, and a low histamine tolerance from MCAS; needless to say, this is the only protein powder that I have been able to tolerate! I love that it’s just brown rice, which makes it suitable for a variety of flavor profiles. The powder is also the most finely milled protein powder that I’ve ever seen, and for a protein powder, smells pleasant; it blends beautifully with frozen fruit and shakes up so smoothly- this is also the only protein powder that has not left clumps in my shaker bottle (but you do have to follow the instructions precisely for using it in a shaker). Once when my order was unfortunately lost in the mail, communication was easy and the company was quick to send me a replacement, free of charge.

Taste? Not that great. Ingredients? Great. Value for money? Great. Let's be honest, most protein powders that taste like a delicious milkshake have horrible ingredients. This powder mixes well in smoothies but if you're looking for a dessert protein shake this isn't it. Me personally, I don't mind the taste ' I'm drinking a protein shake for the health benefits not the taste. That said, I will be purchasing again due to the fact it's actually clean and not unreasonably expensive.
