Ogni porzione contiene 18 grammi di siero, 8 grammi di caseina e 3 grammi di albume d'uovo. If you're like me, and really really struggle to find protein that you can stomach and stay consistent with, I have to recommend this NAKED Protein Powder Blend - Egg, Whey and Casein Protein Blend. I have never found a protein powder, bar, drink, anything I could consistently use because they ALL had a taste. Even products that others claimed were undetectible. For me, they always were and they always grossed me out. I have effectively given up when my provider suggested NAKED brand. I am so, so glad she did! This powder is truly tasteless and undetectible. The only noticeable change I have found it to make is that it makes smoothies more creamy. You still cannot tell it is there. The powder is so fine that it mixes fully and leaves no gritty textures at all. And best of all, it does not leave a "protein powder" taste. You know the one - if you are sensitive to it, you notice it in all drinks, bars, protein "treats, " etc. I have never found a protein anything I could stick with, even ones that other folks claim are like desserts. This one is different, and a relief! As someone who also has a sensitive stomach, this is great because I have had no issues. NAKED brand also has quality ingredients. It is consistent and quality, and I don't have the heavy metal concerns that I have with other brands. I've tried a couple other blends from Naked, but this one is my favorite, by far. No additives with extreme glycemic index (e.g. maltodextrose) is a huge boon. This one keeps me satiated for a long while, and feels more even in my body: no initial surge, no terminal crash. I'm glad it's back in stock (the avian pandemic decimated chicken coops nation-wide). The flavor is quite neutral and pairs very easily with everything I've tried it with (e.g. chocolate oats, dutched cacao brownies, coffee, strawberry milkshakes). It's also less static-prone than other blends, so it doesn't explode with pent-up charge after a shaky delivery lol
