Love it. Composition is disclosed, high protein lower sugar content than most other brands. It’s tasty by itself but add some fruit 🏆. Wish it came in a zippered pouch for easier storage but this works and the product stays fresh. Will definitely be buying again!

If making a smoothie, mix everything together THEN mix in powder last or it will get foamy. Other than that, really enjoy the lack of ingredients and the flavor
