Over the past couple of years, protein pancakes have pretty much taken over the internet. The idea that you can take the carb-and-fat laden pancake and transform it into a protein-rich meal is pretty incredible.
But, there are tons of different ways this can be done. This recipe is specifically designed to help you build lean mass and gain weight.
As such, we're going to use a weight-gain protein powder instead of just whey or casein. Don't expect this to be a “light breakfast.”
- 1 scoop Naked Mass
- 2 egg whites
- ½ cup milk (of choice)
- 1 banana, mashed
- ¾ tbsp cinnamon
Combine all the dry ingredients in the bowl. Slowly stir in the milk, watching the consistency – you may not need all of it. The batter should look like standard pancake batter.
Spoon the batter onto a pan or griddle at medium-high heat and cook until the edges bubble. When the bubbles burst and the hole does not close, flip the pancake.
