Marketing Project Manager

  • Full-Time

Naked Nutrition is a fast-growing premium supplement brand looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Marketing Project Manager with experience at a brand doing at least $50M per year to drive high-priority initiatives across Amazon, Shopify, and internal systems.

You’ll work directly with the CMO and lead the coordination, accountability, and optimization of marketing workflows, campaigns, and tests. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership for someone with at least 5 years of e-commerce, agency, or DTC experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project execution across marketing: timelines, task tracking, team coordination, and reporting

  • Turn strategic direction into briefs and actionable steps across Amazon, Shopify, and internal systems

  • Run marketing standups, maintain Monday.com workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure A/B tests, campaigns, and reporting are executed cleanly and learnings are communicated

  • Spot execution bottlenecks and actively work to resolve them
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to speed up output and reduce errors

  • Keep team members accountable through updates, reminders, and clear follow-through

  • Track KPIs and flag underperformance or anomalies before they become issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing project manager at a brand doing at least $50M in revenue

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (must be fluent, not just familiar)

  • Ownership mindset to catch problems early, follow through, and fix things

  • Strong written communication - clear and concise

  • Fast executor with elite attention to detail

  • Comfortable managing people and driving accountability

  • Ability to draw basic conclusions from data (e.g. test results, campaign performance)

  • Organized and proactive: you anticipate next steps, not just react

  • Experience managing freelancers, designers, or agencies

  • Strong command of PM tools like Monday.com, Notion, or ClickUp

Nice to Haves

  • Experience at a CPG brand in retail

  • Basic design or video editing skills

  • Light copywriting ability for briefs, headlines, or internal content
