I’ve been struggling all my life to gain weight and all the other protein powders that I use were hurting my stomach because I have a dairy sensitivity! I’ve been on naked mass vanilla for over three months now I’ve gained 15 pounds. I look great I feel great. My stomach does not hurt. I do not feel nauseous. I just love it. I’ll never go to another protein powder ever this is it and also it does well with preserving it like in the refrigerator for a few days it does well.
