A few months ago, I decided to eat less carbs and up my protein intake. I’m 64 and active but noticed my weight and numbers creeping up. I added this collagen powder, grass fed whey protein powder and almond powder. I am amazed at how good I feel! Not only did I loose 15 pounds but my numbers are heading back to my optimal place. Looking forward to when you guys get some more in this way I can truly tell if & how good this collagen is working bc I feel it is, but I also wonder if I should be tsking more of it bc I hear 10-30 grams of collagen a day is even more beneficial for someone!
