We’re building an early-stage short-form distribution system designed to scale awareness across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using a managed network of editors (“clipper army”).
This is a systems + operations role, not a traditional social media manager position.
What You’ll Own

Design and launch a short-form clipping system

Define clip formats, guardrails, music rules, and quality standards

Establish workflows for sourcing, editing, review, and posting

Recruit, onboard, and manage a distributed group of editors

Identify and vet clippers

Set expectations, replace underperformers quickly, maintain consistency

This role may include light hands-on editing early to set the quality bar, but the core responsibility is building and managing the system, not being an editor.
