Why is collagen important?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body which is found in bones, muscles, skin, and tendons. Our bodies naturally produce collagen by breaking down dietary protein, but this production decreases with age, which can lead to collagen deficiency. This type of deficiency can lead to skin wrinkles, stiff joints, and aching muscles. By taking a collagen supplement, you can make sure that your body is maintaining healthy levels of collagen to support your overall health.

Buy it!
If you're already a collagen drinker then you won't go wrong buying this one. I'm on my third bottle and I'll be purchasing the advanced one next. This one specifically has zero taste and I can add it to any drink but I usually drink it in my coffee. There's a lot of benefits to drinking collagen and I will continue purchasing from this brand because there's not any extra unnecessary ingredients .

Great Collagen Option
I really like the product and have seen improvement in the health of my skin. The only thing that I found to be a problem was how it dissolved sometimes in room temperature water. Otherwise, taste and quality of product are great.
