This is a remote role that reports to the Supply Chain Director at Naked Nutrition and is a 1099 position.
Primary responsibilities
- Supply Chain item master and transactional data gathering, maintenance, and analysis.
- Creation of Transfer Orders in Netsuite including upkeep of dates, tracking, and receipts.
- Maintain Production Order data in Netsuite by communicating with vendors and logistics carriers on schedules.
- Manage and maintain up to date supply chain customer data, such as ship to information, transport network days of service and lead times.
- Support the Supply Chain Director with inventory reporting and reconciliation process.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to create, modify, and deploy reports and Key Performance Indicator dashboards with insightful visualizations primarily utilizing Netsuite Analytics.
- Design, implement and operate system enhancements to provide analytical insight that will drive the achievement of KPIs.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with up to 3 years work experience.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or a Supply Chain related discipline. Relevant work experience in Supply Chain also considered.
- Ability to work independently with teams across time zones, understand requirements, and develop analytical solutions.
- Capable of handling multiple projects at once.
- Must be able to communicate analysis and results effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
- ERP experience with Netsuite is preferred, but not required.
