Pea Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup rolled oats

  2. 1/2 cup pea protein powder

  3. 1/4 cup almond butter or tahini 

  4. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  5. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips 

  6. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and pea protein powder.

  2. Add almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the bowl. Stir until the mixture comes together.

  3. If desired, add mini chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well to combine. 

  4. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. 

  5. Roll each ball in shredded coconut until coated.

  6. Place the energy balls on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 

  7. Once chilled, it’s time to enjoy these delicious and nourishing bites. 

  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. 

 

These pea protein energy balls are a convenient and nutritious snack.

They provide a good amount of protein and fiber from the pea protein and rolled oats.

Vegan Protein Ice Pops with Coconut & Berries

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup coconut milk 

  2. 1 banana

  3. 2 scoops Naked Seed Protein Powder (or Naked Pea/Vegan Mass)

  4. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 

  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  6. 1 cup mashed fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries work well)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, banana, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.

  3. Place berries in a bowl and mash well with a fork or the back of a spoon.

  4. Stir the mashed berries into the milk and protein mixture. 

  5. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

  6. Insert ice pop sticks into each mold.

  7. Put ice pops in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen. 

  8. Then, remove ice pops  by running warm water on the outside of the molds for a few seconds so they easily come out.

  9. Enjoy these tasty and refreshing high-protein treats!
