Very gritty texture and bad taste. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company unless you’ve had the opportunity to try the flavor and/or know you like whatever flavor protein you’re ordering. Not a customer-friendly company for trying to find a protein that works for you as they won’t let you return a product if you opened it.

Once I was diagnosed with a milk protein allergy, I needed a protein powder without dairy. I’m also not a big fan of artificial sweeteners. This protein powder is the answer. It mixes up easy and doesn’t have any aftertaste or off flavors. I add some dates to my smoothies with the protein powder for sweetness.

This is an amazing low-carb protein powder. I'm a control freak and it's fantastic to have a one-ingredient protein powder. My one and only problem with the rice protein is that it is gritty. I make meal replacement Smoothies with it, and the texture is impossible to bypass. That said, I'm just going to try the pea protein. I loved the whey, but lactose... so yeah. If textures aren't a big deal, this is a good way to go.
