This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, founder-led team and have genuine ownership over a high-impact channel.


The Role

We're looking for a world-class Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own and scale our creator and affiliate program across four markets - and make it a meaningful revenue channel. You'll build this from the ground up with full ownership, reporting directly to the founder.


What You'll Own

Program strategy & growth Build and scale our affiliate program - platform selection, structure, commission tiers, and performance targets across the US, Canada, UK, and EU.

Creator & influencer recruitment Identify, pitch, and onboard fitness, wellness, and lifestyle creators - from nano-influencers to major partners - across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts.

Partner relationship management Act as the primary contact for all affiliate and creator partners. Drive activation, content output, and long-term retention through proactive relationship building.

Content & campaign coordination Brief partners on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand messaging. Ensure content aligns with the Naked Nutrition voice and clean-label positioning.

Performance analytics & reporting Own the data: track clicks, conversions, CAC, and attributed revenue by partner and channel. Present clear ROI reporting and optimization recommendations monthly.

International market expansion Develop region-specific strategies for Canada, the UK, and EU - including local platform differences, creator markets, and compliance considerations (FTC, ASA).


What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 4+ years running affiliate or creator partnership programs for a DTC or e-commerce brand
  • Deep familiarity with platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or similar affiliate networks
  • Proven track record of growing a program to meaningful revenue scale ($1M+ attributed)
  • Strong negotiation skills — comfortable structuring deals from flat-fee to revenue share
  • Data-driven: fluent in attribution, incrementality, and ROI measurement
  • Experience across at least 2 of the 4 markets: US, Canada, UK, EU

Strong plusses:

  • Background in health, fitness, wellness, or supplement brands
  • Existing creator relationships in the fitness/nutrition space
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and Amazon affiliate/influencer programs
  • Comfort working directly with a founder in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment
  • Familiarity with FTC and ASA disclosure requirements across markets
  • Experience managing brand ambassador programs alongside traditional affiliate


How We'll Measure Success

  • 30 days: Platform selected and program structured
  • 90 days: 50+ active partners recruited and producing content
  • 6 months: Clear channel ROAS and attribution model live
  • Year 1: Affiliate becomes a top-3 DTC revenue driver for Naked Nutrition
